Vanilla/Blueberry protein muffins

You will need:
1 cup Egg whites
1 serving vanilla protein/meal replacement
1TBSN cinnamon
1 TBSN vanilla
1 TBSN miss buttersworth sugar free syrup (optional)
8 spoonfuls of blueberries.
50 calories per muffin

 

Preheat oven to 400.

Throw everything EXCEPT blueberries into a blender and mix for a fire seconds. Pour into 8 greased muffin tins. Add one spoonful of blueberries.

Bake for 10-12 minutes
