3 roma tomatoes
1 cucumber
1/2 red onion sliced
2 avocados diced
3 TBSP of truffle oil
3 TBSP of balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup of cilantro chopped
1 TSPN black truffle salt
layer all ingredients into a large salad bowl
I usually do three layers and use one TBSP of oil and vinegar per layer.
Great for BBQ’s or just everyday lunches with Protein.
